The Establish course was created with you in mind. It has been intentionally designed to help you go from absolutely nothing (or wherever you're starting from) to launching your private practice, feeling ready to welcome your first paid client, and feeling confident about yourself as a budding entrepreneur.

We're Abby and Lindsey. We have over 20 years of experience owning and operating our businesses and over 31 years of experience supporting athletes as mental performance coaches. After countless questions and conversations with graduate students and sport psychology professionals about private practice, we realized it was time to close the gap - that's when the Establish course was born.
You've got questions. We've got answers.
The length of time it will take you to complete the Establish course depends on your goals and how much time you have to devote to it. Additionally, the course is not meant to be a "quick fix" but rather a process that requires reflection and action in order to help you establish your foundations for being an entrepreneur and getting your business up and running. So far, on average, it is taking mental performance coaches about 3 to 6 months to complete the course in its entirety.
Yes. When you reach the Stripe checkout page for the course, you may select Klarna as your payment option in order to utilize a payment plan (e.g., this could break down $996 into 4 monthly payments of $249).
Yes! The course has been approved by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology's (AASP) Continuing Education Committee for CEUs. Mental performance coaches who complete the course in its entirety will receive a certificate of completion acknowledging that they are eligible to receive 8.5 total CEUs, including 5.0 ethics-specific CEUs, 1.75 diversity-specific CEUs, and 1.75 general CEUs. These CEUs can be used to partially meet the recertification requirements for Certified Mental Performance Consultants (CMPC).

Our intention in building the course was that we provide a comprehensive approach to establishing yourself as a mental performance entrepreneur and establishing your business foundation. We believe that the nine modules and completing them in the order outlined is the best way to set yourself and your business up for success long-term. At this time, we will not be offering modules a-la-carte.
