One of the things we offer within Project E is our Establish course. While it's an online course that walks you through every. single. thing. you need to know and do to start your mental performance business, it is so much more than that.

Above and beyond what you'll learn and the next steps you'll take, it's the people we have in the course that are making all the difference. These last few months, we've been connecting with our Establish members through virtual monthly "campfires" to get to know each other, pose questions, share ideas, and support one another. Getting to meet some of these people in-person at the AASP conference last week confirmed what we had been feeling: we really have the best crew out there.

The people who are currently in the course and those who have completed it are quite simply good humans striving to do good work. They collaborate instead of compete, they lead with integrity, they lean into curiosity over judgment, they balance confidence with humility, they give and receive support, they are delightfully ambitious, and they're investing in themselves and their businesses to make a positive impact on the world around them. We are so grateful to have the opportunity to support them, encourage them, and watch them step into who they are meant to be as entrepreneurs.
